This company did a brilliant job I phoned them and spoke to commander lian communications officer. After a brief chat this is what happened.
We had a blocked toilet jedi Simon came out at 3.30pm tried to fix it but the job was bigger than expected major blockage main sewage pipe. Arrived early next day as it was a 2 man job now with heavy pumping flushing equipment was required so lead drain jedi. Simon and young padawan Lewis. Set about sorting it. They informed me at every step what was happening then the issue was found. Major tree roots blocking the pipe. They quickly removed all the offending roots and blockage. Repaired the pipe cleaned up and star jumped back to a caffe far far away i suspect.

I would definitely recommend this company. I rang them on a Sunday, they came out the following day to unblock a blockage in the drains, which alleviated the immediate crisis. They sent cameras down to get a full picture of the issue and the rest of the work was carried out within 10 days. During this time the team carrying out the repairs were respectful, conscientious and polite at all times. The job had a bit more to it than initially thought, but no extra charges were added. The block paving was replaced and the area left as good as new. Great job.

Next Tracy started working with me in the "office", which was in our house. Then we got another van, covered another area and needed another person in the office.

We don't charge call out fees any day of the week that we do your work. You can get a free quote on all jobs prior to us beginning so you know how much you'll be charged. After every major job we undertake a free drain inspection to make sure that there are no future issues or if further work will be needed.
