We started up our drainage company over 4 years ago. Initially it was just me, in a van doing everything. Next Tracy started working with me in the "office", which was in our house. Then we got another van, covered another area and needed another person in the office. Before we knew it we had an office, multiple vans and drainage teams.
Now we cover from Liverpool to Stoke-on-Trent with a fleet of fully equipped vans, lots of happy drainage specialists and an office full of support staff.

This company did a brilliant job I phoned them and spoke to commander lian communications officer. After a brief chat this is what happened.
We had a blocked toilet jedi Simon came out at 3.30pm tried to fix it but the job was bigger than expected major blockage main sewage pipe. Arrived early next day as it was a 2 man job now with heavy pumping flushing equipment was required so lead drain jedi. Simon and young padawan Lewis. Set about sorting it. They informed me at every step what was happening then the issue was found. Major tree roots blocking the pipe. They quickly removed all the offending roots and blockage. Repaired the pipe cleaned up and star jumped back to a caffe far far away i suspect.

The drain in my driveway was blocked and overflowing. I phoned and they were able to come on a day that suited me. They had actually offered to come the same day but I couldn't be at home. I was also told an approximate price range that the work was expected to fall in, which was really useful as I had no idea what the cost might be.
Simon came on the day and sorted everything out really quickly. He took the time to answer my questions and he was very polite and helpful and he's done a great job!
