My downstairs toilet was blocked and kept backing up so I called Cheshire Drainage Solutions Ltd who quickly assigned someone to come out the following day - it wasn't emergency so this was fine. Leanne was great, very helpful, friendly and organised this very well. Lewis came on site and did his initial check then got to work. He checked a few things then found the blockage in one of the main waste pipes. Lewis was very thorough and also provided guidance on how we can try to make sure the blockage didn't reoccur. I would definitely recommend this company. I rang them on a Sunday, they came out the following day to unblock a blockage in the drains, which alleviated the immediate crisis. They sent cameras down to get a full picture of the issue and the rest of the work was carried out within 10 days. During this time the team carrying out the repairs were respectful, conscientious and polite at all times. The job had a bit more to it than initially thought, but no extra charges were added. The block paving was replaced and the area left as good as new. Great job.
